In my free time I am a mother to my 3 wonderful Sons. My goal is to teach my clients how to practice Yoga safely and in a way that is best for their body. I became a Certified Yoga teacher in 2018 because I believe Yoga is very beneficial for the body and mind. I started practicing Yoga in 1999 and fell in love the practice. I have learned a variety of specialty massage techniques over the years and I now offer 3 therapeutic styles of massage. I chose Functional Medicine Health Coaching because it takes a holistic approach to healing by focusing on Nutrition, Exercise, Mindfulness Practices, Sleep, Brain Health and Character Strengths.Īfter experiencing the benefits of massage for myself, I decided to become a Massage Therapist in 2006. I finally discovered how to heal myself and it inspired me to become a practitioner who can guide and assist people with similar health challenges. I had to figure things out for myself through my own research and education. I went to several doctors, holistic practitioners, and chiropractors but I was left with no solutions to my challenges. I had many digestive issues, skin rashes, acne, brain fog, headaches, body aches, inflammation and multiple food intolerances. I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal health because I struggled with my own health challenges for over 20 years.
